Privacy notice

This page explains exactly what is collected about you, why, and who sees it. It is written under Israeli privacy law, including Amendment 13.
What is collected
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Shipping address for the kit
- Whatever you choose to write in the free-text field about what brings you here
We do not ask for an ID number on the form. If you are asked for one on the payment page, it is given there directly to the payment system and does not reach us.
Some of this is health information
What you write about yourself, and your date of birth, are health information, and are treated as especially sensitive. They are not used for anything beyond what is described here, and access is limited to the people who genuinely need it in order to give you the service.
Why it is needed
For two purposes only: to open your consultation, and to create the test order in your name.
Who sees it
Three parties, and no one beyond them:
- The receipt system, SmartBee, in Israel.
- The mailing system, Rav Messer, in Israel, and only if you ticked the box.
- The testing laboratory in the United States, where the kit order is opened in your name.
Said plainly: some of your details leave Israel. The laboratory that runs the test is in the United States, so the details needed to open the order and ship the kit are passed to them. This happens only for your own test, and only with what is necessary to open it and send the kit to you.
The mailing list
The mailing list is entirely separate from the consultation. You join it only if you ticked the box on the form. You can leave at any time, and every letter carries an unsubscribe link.
How long it is kept
Your information is kept for as long as it is needed to support you, and for as long as the business is required by law to retain records. If you ask for deletion, we delete what we are not obliged to keep, and tell you plainly what remains and why.
Counting visits, without tracking you
We count how many people visited each page, so we know what is working. The counting happens on this site only, with no Google, no Facebook and no outside service involved. There are no cookies, and nothing about you is stored, no IP address and nothing else that could identify you. All that is kept is a number: how many visits a page had on a given day.
Your rights
You have the right to see what is held about you, to ask for a mistake to be corrected, and to ask for your information to be deleted. Each of these takes one message to the address below.
What is never done with it
It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone beyond those listed here.
On security, honestly
No website can promise perfect security, and we will not promise you something that cannot be promised. What we do is keep access to your information limited to the people who actually need it to serve you.
